GROWING NIGHTSTAND

Growing Nightstand is a project from my first year the Oslo Art Photography school, in Oslo, Norway. This theme of the project was “Objects as Subjects”. I chose to explore how. a nightstand can represent the contrast in childhood, specifically of a young girl and the evolution of objects on her nightstand, how they evolve form the age 7 to age 18. The photographs are taken in the studio on 35mm black & white film, and printed in the dark room.
